Your Telehealth initial consult is a one-on-one video appointment with a pelvic health physiotherapist. We’ll take the time to understand your symptoms, health history, and goals, and talk you through how your pelvic health may be contributing. You’ll receive tailored education, early strategies, and a clear plan moving forward.

If hands-on assessment or treatment is recommended, we’ll help you organise a convenient in-person follow-up at one of our clinic or outreach locations.
