Pelvic pain support
Helping you understand your pain, feel heard, and find a way forward.
Pelvic pain can be frustrating, exhausting, and isolating — especially when you’ve been told it’s just something you have to live with.
Your pain is real, valid, and treatable.
We’re here to listen, investigate, and guide you toward relief through evidence-based pelvic health physiotherapy and whole-person care.
What is pelvic pain?
Pelvic pain refers to discomfort felt anywhere between the lower abdomen, hips, tailbone, perineum, or genitals. It may be constant, intermittent, sharp, aching, burning, or heavy — and can affect anyone of any age or gender.
Pelvic pain may occur with:

-
Periods or ovulation
-
Intercourse (dyspareunia)
-
Bladder or bowel movements
-
Sitting, standing, or exercise
-
No clear pattern at all
You are not alone
Pelvic pain is complex — involving muscles, nerves, hormones, stress, past experiences, and more.
That’s why we treat the whole person — not just the pelvic floor.
Whether your pain is new or something you've lived with for years, there is hope for improvement.
