The pelvic health assessment
Pelvic health assessments are always tailored to your comfort and needs.
Depending on your symptoms and goals, your physiotherapist may use a combination of assessment strategies, including movement screening, hands-on assessment, real-time ultrasound imaging, and, where appropriate and with your consent, internal examinations. All assessment options will be thoroughly explained, and you are always in control. Only assessments that you are comfortable with will be conducted.
